It all began with the discovery of the “craniosacral rhythm”, an imperceptible movement of the bones in the cranium and the spine all the way down to the vertebra magna. If this movement is altered by physical impact or emotional stress, disturbances of neuron-vegetative nature (insomnia, anxiety and depression), physical nature (problems of posture and occlusion) and pain (headache, sciatica, cervical, dorsal, and lumbar pain) can be caused. The technique consists of very slight movements performed primarily in the cranium and vertebra magna area to detect and correct such alterations, in this way restoring the body’s natural craniosacral rhythm. Treatment is so delicate that it can be successfully applied to both children and the elderly.
