Shiatsu logo

Known to the Japanese as early as in the 6th Century BC, this technique restores equilibrium to our organism through finger pressure, which in the Japanese language is translated as “shiatsu”. Particularly indicated for headache, sleep disorders and painful joint pathologies (backache, acute and chronic pain), this technique has been recognized by Western medicine as a valid therapeutic treatment. In the preliminary phase, the Shiatsu-ka measures the body’s energy balance and then begins applying specific finger pressure and gentle stretching movements of the joints.
